My clients typically are homeowners wishing to move elsewhere within the United States and I handle numerous relocation clients. In addition, I specialize in new construction homes and I am a Certified Buyer Representative. I use the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to meet your expectations. However, more importantly, I listen and that means I find solutions that are tailored to you.

My Philosophy
I am not only a Realtor®, but also your consultant who can advise you about all facets of homeownership: mortgage brokers; insurance; property taxes; home inspection services (mold, termite, radon, structure, appliances, etc.); absentee-owner home watch; electrical plumbing/carpenter contractors; landscape maintenance; and interior design/home furnishing needs. The bottom line is that if you are the buyer, I will assist in every facet of selecting and concluding your purchase through closing. If you are the seller, I will assist you in obtaining the highest price for your homes in the shortest period of time.
My Approach for Buyers
- The initial consultation which defines and narrows the search to select homes in those locations that meet your requirements
- Agent preview of selected homes to ensure suitability and avoid wasted time.
- Assist in the decision-making process that includes:
- A review and explanation of community covenants
- An understanding of financial obligations, such as homeowner association fees, community development district fees, county taxes and exemptions (such as homestead)
- Anticipated utility costs
- Lifestyle advantages--available golf/tennis, fitness/spa availability, social enrichment, dining, etc.
- For homes in the pre-construction phase, under construction, or recently completed, I am your agent safeguarding your interests in discussions with the builder
- Preparation of contractual offer to purchase
- Agent assistance from the time of home selection through closing.
My Approach for Sellers
- Provide a comparative market analysis to correctly assess the market value of your home
- Prepare an accurate and enticing Multiple Listing Service description, with attractive photos and visual tour presentation
- Marketing your home by scheduling agent tours, preparation of brochures and dissemination of information about your home to the public
- Assistance in preparing or "staging" your home for agents and their buyers
- Holding open houses
- Assistance in the evaluation of offers
- Participation in every facet of the selling process from the listing agreement through a successful closing
